Should a physical education class be a requirement for all college students to graduate, where they would learn how it is to live a healthy lifestyle for the rest of their lives and how to maintain a balanced diet to reduce the chance of conditions that could be detrimental to their health and possibly their lives?

If we are in the business of advocacy and we want our craft to take its rightful place not only in school , but society in general , then it is up to the colleges and universities to be more aware of the health crisis in our country .
This should not be put on a "dusty" shelf and pretend it will go away . It must be in the student's curriculum and a requirement to graduate. Were looking at a healthy lifestyle for the rest of their lives. There is no more valuable gift than a sound mind in a sound body.
Information should be made available to foster materials for diet and exercise regimens. Recently , there was a university where many students didn't like taking a PE class since it brought out body image and negative effects of self esteem . With the cost of health care and the ensuing system should be a positive attempt to offer a PE class to ensure that their lives are at stake and all the maladies that follow .
