If I wanted to use Dance Dance Revolution as part of a lesson, how many consoles would be a sufficient amount for a class of about 20-30 kids?

I think using DDR and other video games are a great idea. If you wanted all the students to be using them together with 20-30 kids, you would need 10-15 set ups. But that it expensive, so maybe having different stations for the students to be at while they are waiting to play the DDR would be good. Maybe some hopscotch to get them ready to be jumping and hopping or some basic warm ups just to get them ready to be focused and ready to play the game! Good luck

I also think Dance Dance Revolution would be a great idea to use in a PE setting. Using this you would be able to meet some of your dance benchmarks and it is a great workout for the students. I would agree that making it part of a circuit training setting would work best, unless you have enough money to buy 15 different sets. I don’t know if your gym floor has the dots on them, for the dot drill, but you could also include the dot drill into your circuit work for this unit.
