By using the Dartfish (http://www.dartfish.com) web site you will be able to access videos to improve performance. This video analysis will prove to be valuable in explaining technique with immediate feedback.
There is a trial version to be downloaded from the web site for 30 days. The tutorial is easy to use . Included are images and a media library that can be embedded to your web pages. Here are examples :
